What the service is

RetroMyPhotos turns photos you upload into new, era-styled photos generated with AI. You can use a limited number of generations for free; further generations, clean high-resolution downloads, and printed copies are paid features purchased as credits or print orders.

Your photos and the people in them

You may only upload photos you own or have the right to use, and only of people who would be comfortable appearing in them. If a photo shows a child, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or have the guardian's permission.

Your photos stay yours. You grant us only the limited license we need to operate the service: to store your photos, detect and group the faces in them, send them to our AI provider to generate your requested images, and display the results back to you.

Acceptable use

Don't upload anything unlawful, sexually explicit, or that you don't have rights to. Uploads are automatically screened, and accounts or sessions that trip the screen — or that abuse the service (automation, fraud, harassment) — may be suspended without notice.

Credits and purchases

Generations and downloads are paid for with credits, purchased in packs at the prices shown at checkout. Credits are not money: they have no cash value outside the service, can't be transferred or resold, and don't expire while the service operates. If a generation fails, the credit it consumed is automatically returned. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Prints

Printed photos are produced and shipped by professional print labs we partner with. You're responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you give at checkout. Production starts quickly after payment, so see the Refund Policy for what can and can't be changed after ordering.

Your results

You may use the photos we generate for you for personal, non-commercial purposes — print them, share them, gift them. AI-generated images are artistic interpretations: likenesses are approximate, results vary, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome.

Because results are generated from your photos, you are responsible for how you use them — don't use a generated image of someone in a way they wouldn't consent to.

Our property

The site, the RetroMyPhotos brand, our scene catalog, and our software remain our property. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond using the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent the law allows. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use means you accept the current version. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your uploaded photos in the Studio whenever you like.

Where the service is available

RetroMyPhotos is currently offered only to people located in the United States. Please don't use the service from outside the United States; we hope to make it available in more places over time.
